Stockport Grammar School is delighted to welcome back Erna Sullivan (OS 2008) as the Deputy Head of Academic in the Junior School.
Erna was formerly a pupil at both the Junior and Senior schools before she went on to study Classics at Nottingham University. After some time spent travelling, Erna undertook a teaching graduate scheme in Leicester before she began teaching Primary School pupils.
“It’s amazing to be back,” Erna said, “not a lot has changed, some of my teachers are still here – well, they’re now my colleagues!”. She continued, “I’m looking forward to starting my role and making positive changes at SGS.”
Erna will be starting her post after the Easter break and we wish her the best of luck.
