Congratulations to former SGS Physics Teacher Ms Lockwood, who completed the 12k Total Warrior course in June in celebration of her 70th birthday. The 12k Warrior is the flagship Total Warrior event and is now in its 13th year. The 12k course is packed with the world's best obstacles such as the 'Human BBQ', 'The Plunge' and 'The Shocker'.
Ms Lockwood told us:
I decided to "celebrate" my 70th birthday by doing a Total Warrior Course 12 km and 25 LARGE obstacles with a lot of water and mud.
Ms Lockwood completed the course in a truly inspirational time of 02:03:19.70.
