Andy 'Archie' Roberts updates us on the latest Founder's Day Golf Competition at Disley Golf Club on Friday 18th March 2022:
28 Golfers played in our Founder's Day event at Disley Golf Club.
The weather was a big bonus and I think everybody enjoyed the day.
SGS pupils beat the Old Stops with an average score of 37 points for their best 5 stableford scores compared with an average of 35 points for the Old Stops best 5 scores.
The Old Stopfordians Founder's Day Competition was won by the debutant James Lockwood (pictured right) with a solid stableford score of 38 points.
