Mrs Baker waves goodbye following 36 years as Headmaster's Secretary at Stockport Grammar School. Ahead of her retirement Mrs Baker noted:
"I shall miss being part of SGS".
Mrs Cheyne has served as the Junior School Headmaster's Secretary and Admissions Co-ordinator for 16 years. A few tears were shed as during her goodbye assembly this week.
Mrs Niven has been a member of the SGS Biology Department for over eight years and tells us:
"I have had 8.5 years here, many of these with my 3 daughters. I have fond memories of my time here as a teacher, colleague, friend and parent. Thank you all, individually in different ways, for making my time here such a positive experience."
As the year closes Stockport Grammar School also says goodbye to Mia Foulkes and Kishen Parbat. Thank you to all members of staff for your support over the years, you will be missed.

In 1980, after 493 years of the education of boys, Stockport Grammar School began the transition to become a fully co-educational school. More...
