You are warmly invited to join the Head, Sarah Capewell, and the Head of Development, Aria Johnston, for a pub meet-up in Oxford at King's Arms on Wednesday 5 February from 6.30pm until 9pm. This informal drinks event is a great opportunity to meet the Head (and let her buy you a drink!), to catch up with friends you may not have seen in a while and to meet some new Old Stopfordians.
This event is open to all Old Stops and their guests, and there is no dress code.
Booking isn't required but we would be grateful to know numbers so please do let us know if you are coming by either emailing oldstops@stockportgrammar.co.uk or by clicking on the 'I'd like to attend' button above.
Evensong at University College, Oxford
The SGS Chamber Choir will be at Evensong at University College that evening. You are most welcome at Evensong in the University College Chapel before the pub meet-up. It will start at 5.15pm and finish at approximately 6pm. After Evensong, we will then head to the King's Arms for the pub meet-up at 6.30pm.
How to get to King's Arms
Address: King's Arms (Wadham Room), 40 Holywell Street, Oxford, OX1 3SP
From University College, Oxford (if you are watching the SGS choir before this event): It is less than a 10-minute walk to the pub. If you take High Street, turn right on to Catte Street, and at the end of Catte Street, turn right onto Holywell Street, the pub will be on the left-hand side of the road.
